30 second skirt

One day,for a 4-h project,we made doggie toys out of sweaters.

at the end I kept these sweaters for later.

And for fun I took this one sweater with an elastic bottom and I cut off a special length and flipped

it over so the elastic was on top.And whala!!!A skirt that takes 30 seconds!If you want to be fancy, you can take a singer and sew the edges.I made mine out of a soft sweater my mom got at Joseph's

Coat.But any elastic bottomed sweater will work.
